Shipping policy

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Processing time made takes up to 3-4 weeks due to the high order volume. But we hope to process your orders ASAP as we know how exciting it is when expecting a package.

Standard shipped orders within the Continental United States will be delivered within 4-6 business days after processing your order. Please allow up to 8 weeks - 4 months for orders to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other countries outside of the US to arrive. This is due to covid restrictions and implemented policies on international packages.

You will receive an e-mail with tracking information when your order is shipped, with an expected delivery date. Please note that it may take up to 4 business days for you to be able to track your order and for FedEx or USPS to update their site. This is due to covid restrictions and implemented policies on international packages.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before paying for your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.

 

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED? 

Although, each order is packaged with love and care. We understand that unfortunate events can occur in transit. Once a package is dropped off at the post office, we are no longer responsible for your package. If your package does arrive damaged or is lost, you will have to file a claim through the postal service. I always package your crystals with extra care and put fragile stickers on each package, but I cannot control the way that the postal office will handle your package.

For all orders please contact a consultant from the delivery service (UPS or USPS) for assistance in filing claims or locating packages and wait 4-7 days for their response.

If an item were to arrive broken/missing, please send photos of the invoice, the package it arrived in, and photos of the broken/missing items and emailed them to koraandky@gmail.com within 24 hours after the delivery. Anything beyond the 24 hours marked after delivery confirmation will not be accepted. 

All orders placed must include shipping insurance at checkout. It is automatically enabled, and the rate is based on your overall cart value. If an order is placed without insurance and something happens to it during the shipping process, the customer will be responsible for all damages. If you disabled the insurance trigger at checkout, you are declaring that you will be taking full responsibility for any damages caused to your packages during transit. Thank you.

Route Insurance covers packages that are lost and stolen during the shipping process. In terms of damages, Route covers packages that are completely destroyed (including boxes). Please refer to my return and refund policy for more information.
