These crystal stones are natural so there may be small natural inclusions, cracks, or surface scratches. Discounts are already included for any major chips in the pricing. Due to the natural nature of this order, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final. We apologize, once an order has been placed we are not able to cancel or adjust it. Please be sure to check your order before it is placed to make sure it is completely accurate. All orders are final sale.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Processing time made takes up to 3-10 business days (Monday-Friday) due to the high order volume. But we hope to process your orders ASAP as we know how exciting it is when expecting a package. Shipping time can take up to 5 business days for packages to be drop off at the postal office.

Standard shipped orders within the Continental United States will be delivered within 4-6 business days after processing your order. Please allow up to 8 weeks - 4 months for orders to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other countries outside of the US to arrive. This is due to covid restricts and implemented policies on international packages.

You will receive an e-mail with tracking information when your order is shipped, with an expected delivery date. Please note that it may take up to 4 business days for you to be able to track your order and for FedEx or USPS to update their site. This is due to covid restricts and implemented policies on international packages.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before paying for your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED? 

Although, each order is packaged with love and care. We understand that unfortunate events can occur in transit. Once a package is dropped off at the post office, we are no longer responsible for your package. If your package does arrive damaged or is lost, you will have to file a claim through the postal service. I always package your crystals with extra care and put fragile stickers on each packages, but I cannot control the way that the postal office will handle your package.

For all orders please contact a consultant from the delivery service (UPS or USPS) for assistance in filing claims or locating packages and wait 4-7 days for their response.

If an item were to arrived broken/missing, please send photos of the invoice, package it arrived in, photos of the broken/missing items and emailed it to koraandky@gmail.com within 24 hours after the delivery. Anything beyond the 24 hours marked after delivery confirmation will not be accepted. 

All orders placed must include shipping insurance at checkout. It can be enable by searching up "package insurance" in the product page, and the rate is base on your overall cart value. If an order is placed without insurance and something happens to it during the shipping process, the customer will be responsible for all damages. If you the (buyer) decided to not add insurance to your order at checkout, you (buyer) are declaring that you will be taking full responsibility for any damages cause to your packages during transit. Thank you.

Safety is our highest priority at Koraandky and we have taken safety measures for a safe and clean working environment to produce your products. In regards to the valued business of our customers, as of now, we are still shipping out orders daily, but please note that delays are possible due to current and changing conditions.
